This exhibition of work has been made following two years of living with fear and isolation, when making art has often been a survival mechanism. There is also a recognition that reassuring words and slogans from powers that be may not be as convincing as they were once perceived to be.
This exhibition of work will include sculpture and installation, painting, drawing, collage printmaking, performance and kinetic sculpture. It brings together a group of artists with the common purpose of investigating and expressing the world around them but with different approaches. Their work is an exciting inquiry into the state of being.
